Our People & Culture Manager will have ownership over PERQ’s team culture, structure, and policies. They will implement and maintain Human Resources (HR) best practices and provide direction on improving team dynamics and engagement. They will report to the CEO with a strong partnership with the EVP of Control. While operating as a team of one, they will serve as a thought partner to the heads of other teams to provide guidance and execution with regards to leadership, personal development, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, engagement, compensation, organizational change, and performance management.
